To request refund visit your account, locate your order, and click Request Refund to fill in the necessary details. Items cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged more than 60 days after delivery dates. Items returned in new condition with original packaging more than 21 days but less than 60 days after delivery date will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. We cannot accept returns on opened packages due to the nature of medical supplies. Returns must be in new condition, and in the original packaging.

To file a claim, please retrieve your USPS tracking number from the email we sent you following the completion of your order and present it to your local post office.
